Qiu is a company assistant in invite-only beta. By using it you accept these terms.

The service
The assistant acts on your instructions and with the services you connect. It does not wait for you to confirm each step: every action goes into your action log and you can stop it at any time. If you ask for just a draft, nothing is sent, and the spending limits you set apply to payments. Check what you hand it: you are responsible for the actions you ask for.
Your data
It remains yours. We only use it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. We don't use it to train models. The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements (see «Use of Google data» in the privacy policy).
Acceptable use
Don't use the assistant for illegal activities, to send spam or to access accounts that aren't yours.
Beta
Because it is in beta, the service may change or be interrupted. We provide it as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
Price and payment
Qiu Pro costs €200 a month or €300 a month, VAT included. On the €200 plan you use your own Claude or ChatGPT, which you connect yourself; on the €300 plan we provide the AI. You pay monthly by card through Stripe, and it renews automatically every month. There is no minimum term. Plans and prices are always on the plans page.
Free trial
To start the free trial you leave a card and choose your plan. Nothing is charged during the trial. On the day the trial ends, which you see in writing before leaving your card, the plan you chose is charged, and from then on it renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel whenever you want from the app, in Profile, and you are not charged again; if you cancel during the trial, you keep using it until its last day and nothing is charged. Payments already made are not refunded. During the trial you use our AI up to a limit. If you use it up before the trial ends, you are not charged any earlier: Qiu stops using our AI and you can connect your Claude or your ChatGPT to carry on. By starting the trial you ask for the service to begin at that moment and you accept that you therefore waive the 14-day withdrawal period.
Leaving
You cancel your plan whenever you want from the app, in Profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid. The current month is not refunded. You can also delete your account and data from Profile. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Can Qiu do something without my permission?
It does what you ask without making you confirm each step. Every action goes into your log and you can stop it whenever you like; if you ask for just a draft, nothing is sent; your spending limits apply to payments; and what someone else asks in a group is never done in your name without your OK.
