Tell Qiu what you want to achieve in one sentence, on Telegram or on the web. No need to break it down or say who does what.
The coordinator hands out the work
The coordinator coworker splits the goal into tasks, assigns them to the specialist coworkers in your workspace and gives each one the context it needs. If a task touches something that belongs to another person or team, it asks for permission first.
Follow progress and approve anything sensitive
Every task shows its status (working → done). Whenever something means sending, publishing, paying or deleting, you get a "Confirm" card, and nothing happens until you say yes.

Do I have to tell each coworker what to do?
No. Give the goal to the coordinator and it divides the work. If you prefer, you can also talk to a specific coworker directly.
What happens if a coworker needs to send something or make a payment?
You get a "Confirm" card showing exactly what it is about to do. Until you approve it, nothing runs.
Do they keep working if I close the chat?
Yes. Goals and routines keep running in the background around the clock, and if the system restarts they pick up where they left off. You can check the status of every task.
Can I use my own Claude or ChatGPT subscription?
Yes. If you connect your own Claude or ChatGPT, anything that runs on them costs nothing extra in Qiu.
Which plan do I need for several coworkers to work together?
