Your business doesn't close at six. Neither does your AI coworker.

Give Qiu a goal, a routine or something to keep an eye on, and it carries the work forward in the background, day and night. If it restarts, it picks up where it left off on its own. You can always see what it's doing.

How it works

From a job to work done

You hand it the job. On Telegram or on the web, in one sentence: a goal ("get three quotes from print shops"), a routine ("every Monday at 8, a sales summary") or a watch ("tell me if this supplier changes its price").

Qiu works in the background. It uses its tools (a real browser, email, Google, Microsoft 365, Slack, GoHighLevel…) without you keeping anything open. When it helps, it splits the work across several coworkers.

You follow the status and approve what matters. Every task shows where it stands: typing → working → done; browser and computer tasks go queued → running → done or paused. Before it pays, sends, publishes or deletes anything, it asks you to confirm.

Examples

3 example uses

Example jobs a small business could give Qiu. They are illustrative.

An online shop: "Every morning at 7, go through yesterday's orders, write a summary and draft emails to customers with issues." When you get in, the summary is ready and the emails are waiting for your "Confirm".

A small agency: "Watch my region's public tenders site and tell me when something in design or marketing comes up." Qiu checks the site in its browser on a schedule and messages you on Telegram only when there's a match.

An accounting or advisory office: "Every Friday, pull the week's bank transactions and match incoming payments against open invoices in the Google Sheet." Qiu prepares it and flags what doesn't add up so you can decide.

What makes it different

It doesn't stop halfway

It doesn't stop halfway

Goals, routines and watches keep running in the background, and after a restart Qiu resumes them by itself.

You know what it's doing without asking

Every task shows its status, from "working" to "done" or "paused".

It works with what you already use

A real browser, email and connectors (Google, Microsoft 365, Slack, GoHighLevel, banking via Ponto, Brevo…), and you can bring your own Claude or ChatGPT at no extra cost in Qiu.

Security and control

Overnight, but with permission

You approve anything sensitive

Working overnight doesn't mean acting without permission: payments, sends, posts and deletions wait for your "Confirm". If a captcha, code or password comes up, Qiu asks you.

Memory that keeps things consistent

Qiu remembers your preferences across chats, per group and through semantic memory, so each routine follows the same preferences you gave it.

Hosted in Europe

Qiu runs in its own cloud in Germany as a managed service: there's no machine you need to keep switched on.
