What it does for you

5 tasks Qiu takes off a recruiter's plate

First-pass CV screening

Qiu reads the applications landing in your inbox, checks them against the job requirements and gives you a shortlist with a reason for each candidate. The decision stays with you.

Posting and updating job ads

Qiu uses its browser to log in to the job boards you already use, fills in the posting form and shows you a "Confirm" card before anything goes live.

Scheduling interviews

It finds free slots in your team's Google or Microsoft 365 calendars, emails the candidate a few time options and creates the invite once you've agreed on one.

Keeping every candidate informed

Qiu drafts acknowledgements, stage updates and rejection emails in your company's voice. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

Keeping the pipeline current

It records each candidate's stage in your spreadsheet or GoHighLevel and messages the hiring manager on Slack when profiles are ready to review.

A day with Qiu

A day with Qiu

Figures in this example are illustrative.

07:00

It screened the new applications overnight. A summary is waiting for you on Telegram: 23 CVs received for "B2B Sales Rep" and 5 that fit, each with its reason.

09:30

You ask it to invite 3 of those 5. It checks the hiring manager's calendar, drafts the invitations and shows them to you on a "Confirm" card. You approve them and they go out.

13:00

While you're at lunch, it uses its browser to post the new "Accounts Assistant" ad on two job boards. Each post waits, paused, until you confirm it.

18:00

It updates the tracker for all 4 open roles, drafts tomorrow's rejection emails for you to review and schedules tonight's application screening.

FAQ

What people ask us

Does Qiu decide who we hire?

No. Qiu filters and ranks candidates and tells you why each profile does or doesn't fit. People on your team always decide who gets interviewed and who gets hired, which is how a hiring process should work.

Where is candidate data stored? What about GDPR?

Qiu is a managed service that runs in its own cloud in Europe (Germany). It accesses CVs and candidate data in the tools you already use (your email, Drive or tracking sheet) only with the permissions you grant. As data controller, your company is still responsible for informing candidates and setting retention periods.

Can it send a rejection or post a job ad without me seeing it?

No. Before it sends, publishes, pays for or deletes anything, Qiu shows you a "Confirm" card and waits for your approval. You can read the text first, then approve it or stop it.

Does it work with our ATS or the job boards we already use?

When there's no direct connector, Qiu uses a real browser. It logs in with your account, navigates, fills in forms and pulls data the way a person would. If it hits a captcha, a code or a password prompt, it asks you.

How does it work with my whole recruitment team?

You set up a workspace and add members with their own permissions. Qiu remembers the context of each hiring process and each group, so anyone on the team can ask where a role stands without repeating anything. Its specialist coworkers also split the work between them, with an orchestrator coordinating it.
