Coworker manager

You set the goal. Qiu hands out the work

Qiu's orchestrator acts as the team lead for your AI coworkers: it turns a goal into tasks, assigns each one to the right specialist (sales, support, marketing…) and makes sure everything fits together before handing you the result.

How it works

From one goal to shared-out tasks

Tell it what you want to achieve

On Telegram or on the web, in your own words: "get the autumn campaign ready", "catch up with this month's customers". No step-by-step instructions required.

The orchestrator breaks it down and assigns it

It splits the goal into smaller goals, spins up subagents and passes each part to the specialist coworker best suited for it. If a task needs the browser, email or one of your connected tools, it routes it there.

It coordinates, checks and reports back

You see the status of every task (typing → working → done). When something is sensitive — paying, sending, publishing or deleting — a "Confirm" card appears and nothing happens without your go-ahead.

Examples

3 example uses

Examples of jobs a small business could hand to Qiu.

Launch a seasonal promotion

"I want a sale promo for the shop next week." The orchestrator asks the marketing coworker for copy and posts, the sales coworker for a list of customers to email, and lines up the social schedule through GoHighLevel. Before anything is published or sent, it asks you to confirm.

Clear the support inbox

"Go through unanswered customer emails and draft replies." The support coworker sorts and drafts; if an email is really a quote request, the orchestrator passes it to sales to prepare an offer. You review and approve what goes out.

Get month-end ready

"Pull this month's bank transactions and orders and tell me what's still unpaid." The orchestrator splits the job: one coworker checks your accounts through Ponto, another pulls orders from the browser, and you get a single summary of what's outstanding.

What makes it different

One lead, not one bot for everything

One goal, one point of contact

You talk to a single place; the orchestrator splits the work and makes sure coworkers hand off to each other.

Real specialists, not one bot for everything

Each coworker focuses on its own area, and the orchestrator decides who does what based on the goal.

Keeps going after you close the chat

Goals run in the background 24/7, with routines and watches, and pick up on their own after a restart.

Security and control

It moves on its own, but with a brake

Approval before anything sensitive

Payments, sends, posts and deletions always go through a "Confirm" card. If a captcha, code or password is needed, Qiu asks you for it.

Memory that adds context, not surprises

Qiu remembers your conversations across chats and per group, so the orchestrator assigns work knowing how your business runs.

Teams with permissions

In workspaces you decide who's a member and what each person can do.

Hosted in Europe

Qiu runs in its cloud in Germany as a managed service.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to set up each coworker separately?

No. You give the orchestrator the goal and it decides which coworkers get involved and in what order.

Can it act without my permission?

Sensitive actions — paying, sending, publishing or deleting — need you to tap "Confirm". The rest of the work moves forward on its own, and you can see where each task stands.

Where do I talk to it?

On Telegram or on the web.

Can I use my own Claude or ChatGPT account?

Yes. If you connect your own Claude or ChatGPT, those runs cost nothing extra in Qiu.

Which plan do I need to run several coworkers at once?

There are three plans: Personal (€29/month), Pro (€99/month) and Business (€299/month). Business is Qiu for your whole team with no limits: everyone on your team uses it with no per-seat fee and several agents at once, with your own AI. All plans start with a 15-day free trial, no card required.
