What people ask us
Where is my customers' data, and how does this fit with GDPR?
Qiu runs in its own cloud in Europe (Germany) as a managed service. You choose which tools to connect and what permissions each workspace member has.
Can Qiu reply to my customers or send emails without me seeing it?
Not for sensitive actions. Before sending, publishing, paying for or deleting anything, Qiu shows you a "Confirm" card and waits. You can review the draft, edit it or reject it.
My admin panel is internal and has no integration. What then?
Qiu uses a real browser: it logs in with the account you give it, navigates your panel and pulls data the way a person would. If it needs a verification code or a captcha, it asks you.
Can I use my own Claude or ChatGPT subscription?
