Computer use

Hand it the mouse and keyboard. Qiu does the rest

Qiu uses a real browser and your computer the way you would: it opens the site, logs in, fills the form and pulls the data. With the desktop app for Windows, Mac and Linux it also sees the screen and drives the programs that have no API.

How it works

How it works

Tell it what you need

Message it on Telegram or the web, like you would a teammate: "Go into the supplier portal and download October's invoices."

Qiu opens the browser or your desktop

It browses, clicks, types and reads the screen. You can see where the task is at any moment: queued, running, done or paused.

It hands back to you when it should

If there's a captcha, a code or a password, it asks you. Before paying, sending, publishing or deleting, it shows you a "Confirm" card. You decide.

Examples

Three examples

Examples of jobs a small business might give Qiu.

Supplier invoices with no API

"Every Monday, log into my three suppliers' portals, download the new invoices and upload them to the accounting folder in Drive." Qiu signs into each portal in the browser, finds the PDFs and files them in Drive. If a portal asks for an SMS code, it asks you.

Restocking, with your sign-off

"Reorder the paper and toner from the usual online shop, same order as last month." Qiu fills the cart and, before paying, shows you the "Confirm" card with the total. Nothing gets bought without your yes.

Updating a poster in Illustrator

"Open the promo poster in Illustrator, change the date to Saturday the 15th and export a version for social." With the desktop app, Qiu opens the file, edits the text with mouse and keyboard and saves the export. (Adobe apps such as Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign: phase 1.)

Differences

What makes it different

Works where there's no API

Many tasks you'd do by hand on a website or in a program, Qiu can do too: old portals, supplier dashboards, desktop software.

Browser and desktop, in one coworker

And when there's a connector (Google, Microsoft 365, Slack, GoHighLevel, banking via Ponto, Brevo...), it can use that directly too.

Keeps going on its own

Long tasks run in the background, 24/7, and after a restart Qiu picks the work back up by itself.

Security and control

Security and control

Approval before anything sensitive

Paying, sending, publishing or deleting always goes through the "Confirm" card.

It asks you for what only you know

If it needs a captcha, a code or a password, it asks you in the moment.

Memory with context

It remembers how each task is done (which portal, which folder, which order) so you don't have to explain it twice.

In Europe

Qiu runs in its own cloud in Germany, as a managed service.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What can Qiu do in the browser?

Visit websites, log in, fill in forms, download and extract data, and buy things, always with your approval before it pays.

Do I need to install anything?

Not for the browser. For Qiu to use your desktop programs, you install the Qiu app on Windows, Mac or Linux.

Can it buy or send things without asking me?

No. Before paying, sending, publishing or deleting, it shows you a "Confirm" card and waits for your answer.

What if a website asks for a captcha or a code?

Qiu pauses the task and asks you on Telegram or the web. Once you reply, it carries on.

Do I pay separately for the AI?

You don't have to. You can bring your own Claude or ChatGPT account, and those runs cost nothing extra in Qiu. Plans are Personal (€29/mo), Pro (€99/mo) and Business (€299/mo).

Put Qiu to work
