Frequently asked questions
Can Qiu email leads or post on our behalf without us knowing?
No. Before any sensitive action, such as sending, publishing, paying or deleting, Qiu shows a "Confirm" card and waits for someone on your team to approve it.
Where is our data stored? Is it GDPR-compliant?
Qiu runs as a managed service in its own cloud in Europe, in Germany. Your customer data, metrics and documents are processed there. Qiu can't be self-hosted.
What about captchas, 2FA codes and passwords?
Qiu doesn't guess them or try to get around them. When a login asks for a captcha, a code or a password, Qiu asks you for it and carries on once you provide it.
We already pay for Claude or ChatGPT. Are we paying twice?
No. Connect your Claude or ChatGPT account, and the runs that use it cost nothing extra in Qiu.
Does everyone on the team see everything?
No. You can set up workspaces with members and permissions. Qiu remembers each person's context and each group's context, so sales and product don't trip over each other.
