More hours for practising law, fewer for paperwork
Qiu is your AI coworker. It sorts client email, keeps the dates you give it on your calendar, collects documents and prepares drafts. It works 24/7 in a real browser and asks for your approval before it sends, pays for or publishes anything.

5 tasks Qiu takes off a lawyer's plate
Triage the inbox
Reads your Google or Microsoft 365 email, sorts clients, opposing counsel and vendors, sums up what's urgent and drafts replies. Before anything goes out, it shows you a "Confirm" card.
Track the dates you set
Adds the deadlines, hearings and meetings you give it to your calendar and reminds you on Telegram days ahead. You still check how each deadline is calculated.
Request and chase client documents
Sends the list of missing documents (ID, deeds, payslips, contracts), logs what comes in and reminds the client about the rest, always with your approval.
Search public sources
Uses a real browser to check official gazettes and the public case-law and legislation databases you point it to, then gives you a summary with links to review.
Track fees and payments
Matches bank payments (via Ponto) against the invoices you've issued, spots unpaid ones and drafts a payment reminder for you to approve.
A day with Qiu
An illustrative example of a working day; the times and tasks are indicative.
07:00
Before you arrive, Qiu has gone through the overnight email and sends you a Telegram summary of what's urgent, this week's dates and the drafts ready for review.
09:30
You ask for a draft demand letter using the case details it already knows (per-group memory). It saves the draft in Google Docs or Word online for you to review.
13:00
While you're at lunch, Qiu signs in to a vendor or government portal with your access and fills in the form. When it needs a verification code or captcha, it stops and asks you.
18:00
End-of-day wrap-up: tasks done and pending, payments matched and document reminders queued. You hit "Confirm" and they go out.

Frequently asked questions
Where is my clients' data stored? Is it GDPR-compliant?
Qiu runs as a managed service in Qiu's cloud in Europe (Germany). You can set up workspaces with members and permissions so each person sees only what they need. As data controller, your firm still decides what data it shares with Qiu.
Can Qiu send a filing or an email to a client without me seeing it?
Not for sensitive actions. Before it sends, pays for, publishes or deletes anything, Qiu shows you a "Confirm" card and waits for your approval. If it needs a password, code or captcha, it asks you.
Does it replace a lawyer's judgement?
No. Qiu prepares drafts, organises information and handles admin work. Legal review, signing and the final decision stay with you.
Does it remember each matter?
Yes. Qiu has personal memory across chats, per-group memory and semantic memory. Set up a group per client or per matter and it remembers that file's context when you come back to it.
Can I use my own Claude or ChatGPT account?
Yes. If you connect your own Claude or ChatGPT account, those runs cost nothing extra in Qiu.
