Delete your account and data

The short version

You can delete your account yourself, in a minute, from the app.
If you cannot sign in, email us and we do it for you.
Deleting it also removes the data Qiu received from Google.

Option 1: from the app

Sign in at meetqiu.com.
Open Profile.
Tap Borrar mi cuenta and confirm.

Before deleting you can tap Exportar todo to download a copy. If you only want to remove part of it, Profile also lets you delete the conversation, the memories or your location, or disconnect a service (for example Google) without deleting the account.

Option 2: by email

Write to business@quantumventures.io from the email you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my data". We check it is you and delete your account. You can also ask through Telegram at @MeetQiuBot.

What is deleted and when

Your account, your messages with the assistant, what you asked it to remember, your location, your files and what you kept in the safe.
The access permissions and tokens for Google and any other service you connected. Data Qiu read from Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides or Tasks is not stored permanently: only what appeared in your conversation remains, and that is deleted too.
Timing: when you delete the account you have 30 days to recover it by signing in again. After that, everything is deleted and cannot be recovered. If you ask by email and want immediate deletion, tell us and we do it without waiting the 30 days.
What the law requires us to keep (for example payment invoices) is kept only for as long as the law requires.

Remove only Google access

You can withdraw Qiu's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or from Profile. Qiu can no longer read anything from Google from that moment.
