Qiu vs Twin

Twin helps you build agents that repeat a process. Qiu is a coworker with memory that you hand the task to, and it asks before doing anything sensitive.

Reviewed: November 2026

The short answer

Choose based on how you work

Choose Qiu if…

You want to hand the work over

  • You'd rather hand the work to a coworker that coordinates it (niche coworkers plus a coworker-manager that splits the work) than design and maintain workflows.
  • You want to talk to your agent on Telegram or the web, and have it ask for approval with a "Confirm" card before sensitive actions or anything involving money.
  • You already pay for Claude or ChatGPT. Connect it, and those runs cost nothing extra in Qiu.
  • You want your whole team to use it with no per-seat fee and several agents at once (Business plan, €299/mo).
Choose Twin if…

You want to build your own agents

  • You want to build lots of agents yourself, one per repetitive process, by describing them in plain language and refining them in its builder.
  • You need to connect niche tools. Twin's integrations page lists 41,706 apps.
  • You want to offer ready-made agents to your clients, with a dashboard for each one (Plus and Pro allow up to 5 clients; the Store plan, from $399/mo, removes that cap).
  • You're happy for the platform to manage the AI model, and you want visible security badges (its pricing page shows ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type I and II).

Key differences

What changes day to day

A task that keeps going when nobody's watching

Give Qiu a goal and it moves from listening to working in the background, day and night, until the job is done. After a restart, it picks up where it left off instead of starting over. Twin also runs its agents in managed environments in its cloud, started by triggers in the background. It has a "Build" mode for creating an agent and a cheaper "Run" mode for repeating it.

It remembers you, your team and what things mean

Qiu keeps a personal memory that carries across chats, a memory for each group, and semantic search to find what matters even when you use different words. Twin splits memory another way: agents in a workspace share context, and a "User Memory" carries your preferences from one workspace to the next.

Routines, watches, and you in charge of the sensitive stuff

A typical day for Qiu: it starts its routines, keeps an eye on what you asked it to watch, browses and logs into sites, fills in forms and, on desktop, works in apps like Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign. Before a payment or any sensitive action it shows you a "Confirm" card, and if a captcha, code or password comes up, it asks you. Twin's browser agent pauses at login screens so you can sign in, then carries on. It asks your permission before launching a browser task, but its docs tie that prompt to cost, not to how sensitive the action is.

Bring your Claude or ChatGPT

With Qiu you connect your Claude or ChatGPT subscription, and those runs cost nothing extra. Your plan covers the rest. On Twin, usage depends on the plan and, depending on which of its pages you read, on credits. Its official pages don't mention bringing your own model. On integrations, Twin advertises a very large catalog. Qiu pairs direct connectors (Google, Microsoft 365, Slack, GoHighLevel, Ponto, Brevo) with a real browser for everything else.

Switching

From Twin to Qiu in 3 steps

  1. List your Twin agents.

Write down what each one does, what triggers it (schedule, event, webhook) and which apps it connects to.

  2. Start your Qiu trial and connect the same apps.

15 days, no card. Link Google, Microsoft 365, Slack or your CRM, and bring your Claude or ChatGPT if you already pay for it.

  3. Turn each agent into a routine or a coworker.

Tell Qiu on Telegram or the web what the agent used to do, set the routine, and decide what needs your "Confirm".

FAQ

Before you decide

Does Qiu have as many integrations as Twin?

Not by count. Twin lists 41,706 apps. Qiu has direct connectors for Google, Microsoft 365, Slack, GoHighLevel, banking via Ponto, Brevo and more, and uses a real browser for sites without a connector.

Can I use my Claude or ChatGPT subscription?

In Qiu, yes, and those runs cost nothing extra. The official Twin pages we checked don't mention bringing your own model or key.

Which one is cheaper?

It depends on usage. Qiu costs €29, €99 or €299 a month. Twin's pricing page shows $29, $149 and from $399 a month, while its docs describe credit tiers from $20/€20. Compare against the number of tasks you actually run.

Where is my data?
