Use cases

Works inside your apps

In short

  • What you do: connect your apps once and describe the job in one sentence, in writing or with a voice note.
  • What Qiu does: it goes into your Gmail, Calendar, Drive or Stripe, does the task and hands the work back done.
  • What you decide: what you hand it; every step is logged and you can stop it at any time.

Step 01

Connect it to your apps.

Once, and with your permission.

SAY“connect to my Gmail and my Stripe”

  • Email and calendar: Gmail and Calendar
  • Documents: Drive, Docs and Sheets

Step 02

Tell it the job.

The way you would tell a person.

SAYin writing or with a voice note

  • You ask in one sentence
  • It only asks for what is missing
  • What you correct, it remembers
Every morning check my email, tell me what matters and book any calls people ask for.
QIU
Done. I will have it ready every day at 8:30. I will show you before sending anything.

Case 01 · Email

Now it runs your inbox.

And you only look at what matters.

SAY“sort my email and book anything that needs a call”

  • Reads what comes in and pulls out what matters
  • Leaves the replies as drafts
  • Puts meetings in your calendar
QIU
Good morning. 40 new emails, 3 that matter. The replies are waiting as drafts. Laura wants a call on Thursday: shall I book it at 11:00?

Case 02 · Payments

Now it runs your payments.

No more chasing people by hand.

SAY“who owes me and how much?”

  • Checks payments and invoices in Stripe
  • Tells you who owes and how much
  • The reminder goes out when you confirm
Who hasn’t paid me this month?
QIU
In Stripe you have 2 unpaid invoices. Estudio Norte, €350, 6 days overdue. Shall I send them the reminder with the payment link?
ConfirmSee both

Case 03 · Follow-ups

Now nobody slips through.

Loose ends, tied up.

SAY“who haven’t I answered?”

  • Checks who you haven’t answered
  • Writes the follow-up in your voice
  • If you didn’t ask for it, it shows you first
QIU
5 people asked you something and nobody wrote back. I have drafted the follow-up in your voice. Shall I send it?

Frequently asked questions

What is Qiu?

It's an AI assistant you write to like a person. It takes care of your email, calendar, searches, tasks on the web and whatever you have pending.

How much does it cost?

Qiu Pro costs €200 a month or €300 a month.

Does it do anything without me knowing?

No. It acts on its own, but every action goes into your log and you can stop it at any time. Ask for just a draft and nothing is sent; your spending limits apply to payments; and what someone else asks in a group is never done in your name without your OK.

Where do I use it?

In the app, on your phone and on your computer with the same conversation, and on Telegram with @MeetQiuBot.

What happens to my data?

Your data is yours. It is never sold, not used for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models, and from your profile you can export everything or delete your account whenever you like. All the detail is in the privacy policy.

How do I start?

Qiu is invitation-only. If you have an invitation link, use it; if not, press Request an invitation and we will put you on the waitlist.

QIU

Try it yourself. Write to it about the first thing on your list.

Request access and start from the app or on Telegram.
