Financial Director: you stop chasing invoices
Every week it knows what comes in and goes out, collects payments and warns you before a bill. It runs your payments, invoices, expenses and cash flow, never makes up figures and never moves money without your approval.
Never moves money without your OKTalk on Telegram and web
From messy accounts to a weekly grip
Set it up once. It asks only what it needs, gets going and keeps you up to date every week.
It asks about you
Before it starts, it asks you one by one: what you collect and pay each month, which tool you invoice with and which number you want to keep an eye on.
It reviews every week
Every week it reconciles what comes in and goes out, and watches that number. It never makes up figures: anything that is an estimate, it flags as an estimate.
It chases and warns
It chases payments on time and warns you before a bill, so none catches you short. It never moves money without your approval.

What people ask us
Does it move money on its own?
No. The Financial Director chases payments, reconciles the accounts and warns you before a bill, but it never moves money without your approval. Any payment, you confirm.
Does it make up figures?
No. It works with what is in your email, your invoicing and your accounts. Anything that is an estimate, it flags as an estimate, not as a hard number.
Which apps does it work with?
Your email (Gmail or Outlook), your invoicing or accounting tool (Holded, Factusol, Odoo) and your accounts sheet (Google Sheets). If your bank connects, add Qonto, Wise or Ponto. Where there is no connection, it opens the browser and signs in the way you would.
